$15 per family (with at least one child enrolled)
$20 per family (with no children enrolled)
*If a cousin or a friend would like to attend with you then there is a $5 cost per extra person
Everyone must have a waiver signed. For any children under 18 the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. You can get the waivers here at the gym or online at madisongymnasticcenter.com

(If you sing up your acount will be charged the $15 fee, unless we have a 24 hour notice)
